This is a really beautiful late 1980's or early 1990's vintage dress. The dress features a tiered full skirt and an attached strapless bustier style top with a sash tie in back. We love the style of this dress because it has so much movement! Dresses like these are so great to add to a Summer wardrobe because you can wear it to a daytime event or dress it up for a Summer evening!
